Purple Fruit Smoothie
There are times when you just don't want anything green in your smoothie. For those times, there's this. This smoothie is packed with vitamin C and antioxidants, while yogurt and chia seeds add protein and extra body-good boosts. Yay!
Purple Fruit Smoothie
What You Need:
- 1/2 a banana
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1-2 handful of blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup mango, fresh or frozen
- 5 strawberries
- 1 1/2 cups milk of choice (more if you like your smoothies thinner)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Cinnamon to taste
- Blender
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
Tip: If you're using fresh fruit in your smoothies, add a few ice cubes to make it ice cold.
