Fruit and Almond Yogurt

This is a go-to anytime meal for me. It's probably one of the quickest meals I make and tastes like dessert while filling your body with protein, fiber, and probiotics! I make this two different ways; either with a whole apple, or with strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. Feel free to experiment and make this the way you want it!

Fruit and Almond Yogurt

What You Need:

  • About 1 cup greek yogurt - I use 0% Fage.
  • 1 apple, diced OR 4-6 strawberries, diced; 1 handful of blueberries; 6-8 raspberries - Remember to use your own measurements according to your body, these are just guidelines!
  • A handful of almonds - I use raw unsalted almonds, or any nut of your choice.
  • Cinnamon (optional)
  • Honey (optional)

Directions:

  1. Scoop yogurt into bowl.
  2. Top with fruit of your choice.
  3. Add nuts.
  4. Top with a generous sprinkle of cinnamon and about a tablespoon drizzle of honey.

Simple as that!
